Food and service was excellent. And the staff went above and beyond to help my wife when our son was sick after a very long drive, stopping for a rest break.
I don't expect a lot from KFC. Quick and tasty food. But when 2/2 visits you get chicken so soggy that you think it's cooked in a bucket of warm brine? Yeah, give this KFC a miss.It's fast food. There is a pretty basic level of expectation. That expectation isn't silver platters, just food that doesn't look and taste gross. The thing I love about chains is consistency and KFC is no exception. I'd say this KFC dropped the ball, but it seems more likely that they dropped the chicken before dropping it into the fryer.
The place was filthy and the toilets were worse. The service was a bit rude. The food was poor at best, do not recommend this location
KFC or any other fast food around the world is totally different from their culture, taste, sauce that is available and staff attitude. In Malaysia, we have the so-called Chilly Sauce or Thai Sauce and Ketchup. But in Australia they have ketchup and a sauce called Buffalo Sauce (sorry if i named it incorrectly). Taste different but it is a good try. As for the taste and portion of the food, the taste is better compared to Malaysia base on my personal opinion and the portion is bigger. 1 set of meal is equivalent to 1.5 set in Malaysia. The staff i am not sure whether is it due to part time or summer break staff, not too friendly as i think it would but overall still alright. Good to try if there is time.
WORST KFC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!! Toilets=Filthy. Restaurant=Filthy. Bins=Overflowing. Service=Slow and problematic. Food=ok. This I'd the first time I have given a 1 Star review.UPDATE: 11months later and there has been a little improvement. The place is still filthy. The food service was much improved though. 2 Stars now!
