Good basic accomodation in Yass. Comfy bed renovated and clean. Lovely country town very pretty.

We see some rooms are getting a makeover! After our stay it is obvious it really needs it. Our room was dirty, quite worn and smelt strange which made sleeping difficult (not what you pay for a room to get. The room next to us was closed for renovations. I hear some people had a good room? Well I couldn't wait to go to the next place which topped our stay at this place and was cheaper.. I suggest you be cautious and question what kind of room you are getting. The cost was high for the low quality of at least our room. Rooms not up to spec should not charge usual rates to stay in them. It's not worth the money. Otherwise it was ok, kind of. I would be careful about some of the "wow it was so excellent" reviews, I really cant see how these are appropriate to anything we saw. Its a room and a bed, but not much else till its finished. Then maybe... You have had your heads up...

The room was very bright, clean and comfortable- and really good value, and the service was exceptional. I had problems with my car, the owner Brett and his son were brilliant, they went above and beyond to get me out of a jam, they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful - I will definitely be staying there in the future.
